What each card shows<\/strong>
Chat Growth<\/strong> \u2014 the total number of chats created over time, split into one-to-one chats, groups, and Smart Groups. The figure on the right is the total created, with the number added during the selected period.
Active Chats<\/strong> \u2014 chats that had activity during the period, by the same three types, with a comparison against the previous period.
Chat Types<\/strong> \u2014 a breakdown of all chats into one-to-one chats, Smart Groups, and groups, each with a count and how many were active in the period.
1-1 Chats by Type<\/strong> \u2014 one-to-one chats split into Staff \u2192 Staff and Staff \u2192 Parent.
