{"id":21521,"date":"2026-09-04T13:33:41","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T08:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=21521"},"modified":"2026-09-04T13:36:37","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T08:06:37","slug":"how-to-log-a-follow-up-call","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-log-a-follow-up-call\/","title":{"rendered":"How to log a follow-up call"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"14\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/image4-4.png\" alt=\"\">\u00a0> Fee Dues\/Defaulters > Fee Defaulters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Fee Dues\/Defaulters > Fee Defaulters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Academic Session, Class, Section and Instalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the student and click the Follow-up status for that row.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The student panel opens on the right, showing the amount due, number of instalments, and the father&#8217;s and mother&#8217;s mobile numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Log a call to expand it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Contacted person: Father, Mother, Student or Other.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Contact outcome. This is mandatory \u2014 Save remark stays inactive until an outcome is chosen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you selected Promised to pay, enter the Promised date and select the Related instalment the payment is against.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a Note if you want to record what the parent said.
