  1. Go to Fee Dues\/Defaulters > Fee Defaulters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the Academic Session, Class, Section and Instalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Find the student and click the Follow-up status for that row.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The student panel opens on the right, showing the amount due, number of instalments, and the father’s and mother’s mobile numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Log a call to expand it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select the Contacted person: Father, Mother, Student or Other.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Select the Contact outcome. This is mandatory \u2014 Save remark stays inactive until an outcome is chosen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. If you selected Promised to pay, enter the Promised date and select the Related instalment the payment is against.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Enter a Note if you want to record what the parent said. This is optional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Click Save remark.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
