It shows the result of the last call logged for that student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Fee Dues\/Defaulters > Fee Defaulters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Academic Session, Class, Section and Instalments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the Follow-up column for each student.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>What you will see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No remarks yet \u2014 nobody has logged a call for this parent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The last outcome, such as Promised to pay. If a promised date was recorded, it appears as a separate line below, such as Due today.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To see all earlier calls for a student, click the Follow-up status. The student panel opens on the right with a Contact history section, where every call logged for that student is listed. Before any call is logged, it shows No contact history yet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note: The column always shows the most recent call.
