The message can be sent in the form of <\/span><b>SMS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Email.<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>In Progress\/Upcoming\/Completed\/Cancelled <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tab on the page. The list of trips will be displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the trip for which you want to send a message.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Send Message. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Type<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select checkbox against <\/span><b>Father<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Mother<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Local Guardian<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Primary Contact <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to send the message.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter <\/span><b>Subject<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Description.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <b>Send<\/b><span>.
