All the transactions that have been adjusted by the School would be listed in the adjustment history. History will give information on mainly three things: <\/span>‘Action’ taken by the school<\/b> (Adjusted or Refunded), <\/span>Date of adjustment<\/b>, <\/span>Receipt created<\/b> (If the transaction was adjusted). The page will be displayed with Payment origin, Payment ID, Response Date, Payment Processor, Student Details, Failure Amount, Paid Amount, Fee Amount, Action Taken, Adjusting Date, Receipt ID.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Module<\/b> (Admission or Fee) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Academic Session<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Failure Reason<\/b> (Duplicate or Anomaly) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click\"\" <\/span> to select the date range. <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click \"\" to apply more filters to select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section <\/b>and click <\/span>Apply<\/b>. The list of all adjusted transactions will be displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
