\"\" > Front Office > Visit Management<\/span><\/p>\n

Records of all the visits can be kept in the visit management. There are three types of visit <\/span>Approval Pending<\/b>, <\/span>Upcoming<\/b> and <\/span>OnGoing<\/b>. Front office executive, Admin, Principal and Security desk can add the visit and can approve the visit except for security desk. If the visit is added by the security check then it will be shown in <\/span>Approval Pending<\/b>. Approver needs to approve the visit after that it will be shown in upcoming. Approver can decline the visit. Once the visit is added it will be viewed in <\/span>Upcoming<\/b> and when the visit is approved by the authorised person (Front Office Executive, Admin or Principal) it will be viewed in <\/span>OnGoing<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Visit<\/b> tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\" <\/span> on the right side of the page. The pop-up window will appear to add a visit request.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click \"\" <\/span> to add <\/span>Date<\/b> for visit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click \"\" <\/span> to add <\/span>Start<\/b> and <\/span>End Time<\/b> for a visit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select checkcircle against <\/span>Staff<\/b> or <\/span>Student <\/b>for whom the visitor has come.
    \nIf Staff is selected, the staff member can be searched by his\/her Name <\/b>or Emp ID<\/b>.
    \nIf Student is selected, the student can be searched by his\/her Name<\/b> or Adm No<\/b>.

  6. Select checkcircle against <\/span>Registered<\/b> or <\/span>Parent, <\/b>in Visitor.
    \nIf Registered is selected, the visitor can be searched by Name<\/b> or Mobile No.<\/b>
    \nNOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
    \n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    • If the visitor is not registered then click \"\"<\/span> to add the new visitor in the opened pop-up window. The next pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Enter <\/span>Visitor Name<\/b>, <\/span>Mobile No.<\/b>, and <\/span>Organization<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\" <\/span>to take a picture of ID Proof.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select <\/span>ID Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Enter ID Number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Click ADD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If\u00a0 Parent is selected, the parent can be searched by Name<\/b>, Student\u2019s Adm No.<\/b>, Mobile No.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n

    • Select checkcircle against <\/span>Personal<\/b> or <\/span>Official<\/b> to select the <\/span>Purpose of Visit<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click Add Visit<\/b>. The visit will be added and can be viewed in Upcoming <\/b>including Visitor, Host, Visit ID, Scheduled Date & Time and Purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
      \nBy default, the time duration for the visit will be 60 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n
