\"\" > Front Office > Visit Management<\/span><\/p>\n

The visit request will be displayed in Upcoming including Visitor Name, Host, Visit ID, Scheduled Date and Time, Purpose, Check-In and Check-Out. The visit request needs to be approved by the authorised person (Front Office Executive, Admin or Principal) in Upcoming<\/strong> and then it will be displayed in OnGoing<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Visit<\/b> tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Upcoming <\/b>to view the added visit request.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click the desired visit request. The pop-up window will appear with visitor details.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Enter <\/span>Mobile No.<\/b>, if required<\/span> (by default the registered number will be displayed).<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Enter <\/span>No. of Additional Visitors <\/b>(members with a visitor).<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Enter <\/span>Remarks<\/b>, if any.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click <\/span>START VISIT<\/b>. The next pop-up window will appear to enter <\/span>OTP<\/b>. The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Enter 4 digit OTP to proceed further. The next pop-up window will appear with Visit Pass.

    • If you want to skip the OTP procedure then click <\/span>SKIP <\/b>and select the reason for skipping the OTP from the listed reasons in the window by selecting checkcircle against the listed reasons.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>NEXT. <\/b>The visit pass will be displayed, it can be downloaded by clicking\u00a0 \"\" <\/span>or click <\/span>PRINT<\/b> to print the visit pass.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click START<\/strong>. The visit will be started and will be displayed in ONGOING<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • The list of all the <\/span>ONGOING<\/b> visits will be displayed with Visitor, Host, Visit ID, Scheduled Date and Time, Purpose and Check-In. Click \"\"<\/span>to print the visit pass.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click the desired visit request which you wish to end. The pop-up window will appear with visitor details including Visitor, Whom to Visit, Status, Scheduled Date and Time, Visit ID, Purpose, Check-In and No. of Visitors.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click END VISIT. <\/b>The visit will be ended.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n

      • Click \"\"<\/span> to view the history of all visits. <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Click \"\"<\/span> on the top of the page to select <\/span>Date Range\/Scheduled Date<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Select <\/span>Status<\/b> (Rejected, Completed or Missed) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Select <\/span>Purpose<\/b> (Personal or Official) from the drop-down menu. <\/span>The visits based on <\/span>Statuses <\/b>such as rejected, completed or missed and <\/span>Purpose <\/b>such as official or personal can be viewed including Visitor name, Host, Purpose, Scheduled Date and Time, Check-In, Check-Out and Status.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
