If any of the students want to go outside of the school due to some reasons he\/she have to take permission from the authorised person (Front Office Executive, Admin or Principal). The list of the exit requests will be displayed with ExitPerson Name, Pickup Person, Exit ID, Reason and Scheduled Date&Time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: Once the exit pass has been generated for the student\/staff, the next exit pass will be generated only after 30 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\"<\/span> on the right side of the page to add exit request. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\"<\/span> to select <\/span>Date.<\/b><\/li>\n
  3. Click \"\"<\/span> to select the time to exit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select checkcircle against <\/span>Student<\/b> or <\/span>Staff<\/b>.
    \nIf Staff is selected, the staff member can be searched by his\/her Name <\/b>or Emp ID<\/b>.
    \nIf Student is selected, the student can be searched by his\/her Name<\/b> or Adm No<\/b>. <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select checkcircle against <\/span>Parent <\/b>in Accompanied by. The parent\u2019s name will be displayed. Select checkcircle against parent\u2019s name.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select checkcircle against Other<\/b> in Accompanied by.\n

    NOTE<\/b><\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • If <\/span>Other<\/b> is selected in Accompanied by then click \"\"<\/span> to add visitor. The new pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Enter <\/span>Visitor Name<\/b>, <\/span>Mobile No.<\/b>, and <\/span>Organization<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select <\/span>ID Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click<\/span> \"\" to take a picture of ID Proof.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Enter <\/span>ID Number<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>ADD.<\/b><\/li>\n
    • Select checkcircle against <\/span>Phone<\/b>, <\/span>Mail <\/b>or <\/span>Other <\/b>to take permission from parents via these services.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The other person could be another student\u2019s parent then the person can be searched by Name or Phone Number.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Select checkcircle against <\/span>Self <\/b>in Accompanied by. Select checkcircle against <\/span>Phone<\/b>, <\/span>Mail <\/b>or <\/span>Other <\/b>to take permission from parents via these services.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select checkcircle against <\/span>Sick<\/b> or <\/span>Personal<\/b> for a reason to exit.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Enter <\/span>Remarks<\/b>, if any.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\"<\/span>to print the Exit pass. The exit pass will be generated and displayed in PDF format.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\"<\/span> to delete the created exit pass records.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\"<\/span> to print the exit pass on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\"<\/span> to download the exit pass on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
