The approver is the person who can approve or reject the visit or exit requests. The approver can be selected from the departments.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Auto Approval<\/b> to automatically approve the visit requests.
    \nNOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
    \nFront office executive role is default approver.
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\" <\/span> to add an approver. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Department<\/b> from the drop-down menu. The list of the staff will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click \"\" <\/span>to search the staff by <\/span>Name<\/b> or <\/span>Employee ID<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select checkcircle against the desired staff or the multiple staff can also be selected.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click <\/span>ADD. <\/b>The staff will be added as an approver.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
