The period structure will be configured to create a time table. Periods, No. of periods, Duration of periods, Classes to be assigned needs to be configured to create a period structure.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\"<\/span> to add period structure. The new window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\"<\/span> on the top of the page to select <\/span>Start<\/b> and <\/span>End Dates<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click \"\"<\/span> to select <\/span>Start Time<\/b> for the period.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>No. of Periods\/Day<\/b> (ranging from 1 to 10) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select <\/span>Duration of Period<\/b> (ranging from 20 to 90 min) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click <\/span>ASSIGNING CLASS<\/b> to assign the class (multiple classes can also be selected) for period structure.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click <\/span>Generate<\/b> on the top right side of the page to generate the period structure. The period structure will be generated and displayed on the same page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Click \"\"<\/span> on the right-hand side of the page to add a break to the period structure. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Select <\/span>Break Type<\/b> (Assembly or Recess) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Enter <\/span>Name<\/b> for the break.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Select <\/span>Period<\/b> from the drop-down menu after which the break will be added.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Select <\/span>End Time<\/b> for the break and click <\/span>OK<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Click \"\"<\/span>to edit the <\/span>Period Name<\/b>, <\/span>Start Time<\/b> and <\/span>End Time<\/b> of the period and click \"\"<\/span> to save the changes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Click \"\"<\/span> to delete the created period.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. Click Save<\/b> and the period structure will be configured. All the configured period structures will be shown on the page including Start Date<\/b>, End Date<\/b>, Start Time<\/b>, No. of Periods<\/b> and Class<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Click \"\"<\/span>to view the created period structure.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\"<\/span>to edit the created period structure.\u00a0
      \nNOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
      \nPast date period structure can not be changed.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click\u00a0 \"\" <\/span>to do the advanced settings. The pop-up window will appear to take confirmation to continue the editing. Click <\/span>Continue. <\/b>The new window will appear with the timetable. Click <\/span>Available<\/b> in the timetable to make that particular period NA or vice-versa. Click <\/span>Save.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>View<\/b> to view the advanced setting. The new window will appear to view the created timetable with the configured period structure of the timetable.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\" <\/span>to edit the advanced settings. Click <\/span>Continue <\/b>if you want to proceed with the advanced settings. The new window will appear with the created timetable. Click Available in the timetable to make that particular period NA or vice-versa and click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>Edit<\/b> to edit the created timetable. The new window will appear with the created timetable. Click <\/span>Available<\/b> in the timetable to make that particular period NA or vice-versa. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\" to delete the created period structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
