Remarks can be given to the students on the basis of their performance in Academics and Discipline. There are two steps by which the remarks can be added <\/span>Remark Details <\/b>and <\/span>Upload Photo and Tag Photos<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\" <\/span>to add the remark details. The new window will appear to configure student remarks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Remark Details<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Select <\/span>Remark Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span>
      \n<\/span>NOTE<\/b><\/span>:<\/span>
      \n<\/span>Achievement is a positive remark (positive score), a slipup is a negative remark (negative score) and observation carries a score of 0 by default.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Select <\/span>Remark Category<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Select <\/span>Score<\/b> from the drop-down menu.
      \nNOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
      \n1 is the least critical.
      \n5 is the most critical.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Enter <\/span>Subject<\/b> for the remark.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Enter <\/span>Description<\/b> of the subject.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Click\"\"<\/span>\u00a0to select Event Date.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Click Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Upload Photo and Tag Photos<\/b><\/p>\n

      1. Click\"\" <\/span>to upload a photo of the student.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Click \"\" <\/span>to search student by Name\/Admission No. The student will be tagged.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Click Confirm<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
