Graphs can be created for the marks entered on the Marks Entry Screen. Column, bar and line graphs can be created for the marks or percentage of marks for the subjects.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select the <\/span>Class<\/b> from the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click <\/span>ADD GRAPH<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select the type of graph (<\/span>Column, Bar or Line).<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Enter <\/span>Graph Name<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select graph level as <\/span>Academic Session<\/b>, <\/span>Terms <\/b>or <\/span>Assessments <\/b>by clicking the checkcircle against Academic Session, Terms or Assessments.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Enter <\/span>X-Axis<\/b> name.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Mark <\/span>Mandatory, Optional or Allied<\/b> for the scholastic and Co-scholastic subjects as required.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Enter <\/span>Y-Axis<\/b> name.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Mark <\/span>Marks<\/b> (Students), <\/span>Average marks<\/b> (class-section), <\/span>Highest marks<\/b> (class-section) or <\/span>Minimum marks<\/b> (class-section) for percentage, marks and scaled marks as required.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Click on Save.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Scholastic and Co-Scholastic subjects can be plotted on X-Axis.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Percentage, Marks, Scaled Marks can be plotted on Y-Axis. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
