{"id":2454,"date":"2020-01-13T17:18:12","date_gmt":"2020-01-13T11:48:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=2454"},"modified":"2025-01-03T05:34:00","modified_gmt":"2025-01-03T00:04:00","slug":"gross-net-collection-summary-report-overview","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/gross-net-collection-summary-report-overview\/","title":{"rendered":"Gross-Net Collection Summary Report Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This report will give day wise and month wise total of 3 details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gross fee collection: Total fee collection on a day (It includes all the collections, including sum of fee receipts which is already cancelled)<\/li>\n<li>Fee Cancellation: It gives a sum of total fee amount cancelled in a particular day<\/li>\n<li>Net Fee Collection: It is the difference of Gross collection &#8211; Fee Cancellation in a particular day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It will only have calculation based on original fee collection receipts (It won&#8217;t show any reallocation related receipts)<\/p>\n<p>Explanation of filters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student\/Admission No:\n<ol class=\"mt-5\">\n<li>Collection report can be downloaded for:\n<ul class=\"mt-5\">\n<li>Fee collection done for the existing students<\/li>\n<li>Fee Collection Done for the new Admission students who are yet to be confirmed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Note that, Once the student is confirmed, fee collection done against the student during admission would be shown as part of existing student only<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Day wise\/ Monthly:\n<ol class=\"mt-5\">\n<li>Report can be downloaded for custom date range or Monthly. A user can choose monthly, if he wants to do details of the collection done in a particular month<\/li>\n<li>Date range selection example: Suppose date range selected in 1st April 2017 &#8211; 31st Mar 2018. Now in that year, there has also been some advance fee collection for the next year 2018-19. If a school wants to find out how much advance collection has come in this time duration, then they can select Academic Session value as 2018-19<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Academic session: It can be selected to get collection data of fee dues of the selected Academic session. For eg., if Academic session 2018-19 is selected, all the payments done against fee dues of 2018-19 session would be shown in the report<\/li>\n<li>Payment Mode: Schools can also filter it out using Payment Mode. Eg. If a school wants to know the cheque collections, they can select the mode of payment as: Cheque<\/li>\n<li>Student Status: It can help the School understand the amount of collection that has come from active students, and the collection that happened from the students who already left the school<\/li>\n<li>Fee Collected By: School can get the details of the fees collected by particular Logged in user through the filter<\/li>\n<li>Student Fee Category: If the School wants to know the collection done for a particular Student fee category in a selected duration, then they can filter it out using the filter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fee amount specific information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This report is calculated on daily basis and monthly basis.
