The academic calendar is a system of organizing days to manage the schedule, time and activities of the school. The page will be shown with the calendar and it can be seen <\/span>Day<\/b>, <\/span>Week<\/b> and <\/span>Month<\/b> wise. <\/span>Event<\/b>, <\/span>Holiday<\/b> and <\/span>Examination<\/b> can be added to the academic calendar in bulk as well as individually. All the events, holidays and examinations will be shown in different colours.<\/span><\/p>\n

To Add New Event<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Click <\/span>ADD<\/b> on the left side of the page. Click <\/span>EVENT <\/b>to add an event to the calendar. The popup window will appear to add a new event.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Enter <\/span>Event Name<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Event Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Full Day Event <\/b>if the event will happen for the full day.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select <\/span>Start Time<\/b> and <\/span>End Time<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Recurring<\/b> if the event will be repeated again.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Select <\/span>Start Date.<\/b><\/li>\n
  8. Select <\/span>Ending Type<\/b> (Never, After, On) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Select <\/span>Repeat Type<\/b> (Every Weekday (Mon-Fri), Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Click ADD<\/b> and the event will be added to the calendar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To Add New Holiday<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Click <\/span>ADD<\/b> on the left side of the page. Click <\/span>HOLIDAY <\/b>to add a holiday to the calendar. The popup window will appear to add a new holiday.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Enter <\/span>Holiday Name<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Recurring<\/b> if the school wants to repeat the holiday.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Select <\/span>Start Date.<\/b><\/li>\n
    5. Select <\/span>Ending Type<\/b> (Never, After, On) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Select <\/span>Repeat Type<\/b> (Every Weekday (Mon-Fri), Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Department<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Click ADD<\/b> and the holiday will be added to the calendar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To Add Exam Date<\/b><\/p>\n

      1. Click <\/span>ADD<\/b> on the left side of the page. Click <\/span>EXAMINATION <\/b>to add the Exam Date to the calendar. The popup window will appear to add an Exam Date.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Enter <\/span>Examination Name<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Recurring<\/b> if the school wants to repeat the examination.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Select <\/span>Start Date.<\/b><\/li>\n
      5. Select <\/span>Ending Type<\/b> (Never, After, On) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Select <\/span>Repeat Type<\/b> (Every Weekday (Mon-Fri), Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Click ADD<\/b> and the examination will be added to the calendar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n

        • Click \"\"<\/span> on the top right side of the page to upload the events in bulk. The new window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Click <\/span>Download Template<\/b> to download the template (excel) with required fields to be filled. The template will be downloaded.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Click <\/span>Drop Excel File Here <\/b>to upload the excel (with data). The events will be added to the calendar.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Click checkbox against the event given on the left side of the page of the calendar to view or hide the event from the calendar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
