Custom fields are the additional fields except for the pre-defined fields. Custom fields can be added for the Student, Staff, Parent, Library Holding, Admission Student or Admission Parent.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\"<\/span> to add a new custom field. The new popup window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select checkbox against <\/span>Student, Staff, Parent, Library Holding, Admission Student<\/b> or\u00a0 <\/span>Admission Parent <\/b>for whom the custom field will applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Mark <\/span>Yes<\/b> or<\/span> No<\/b> by selecting the checkcircle against it to make the custom field mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Type<\/b> (EX. Text, Paragraph) of the custom field from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Enter <\/span>Name<\/b> for the custom field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click Add. <\/b>The custom field will be added and shown on the page including Name, Type, Applicable For and Mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Click\"\" <\/span> to delete the created custom field.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
