{"id":2488,"date":"2020-01-17T19:52:01","date_gmt":"2020-01-17T14:22:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=2488"},"modified":"2025-01-03T05:32:58","modified_gmt":"2025-01-03T00:02:58","slug":"how-to-upload-or-download-the-documents-in-bulk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-upload-or-download-the-documents-in-bulk\/","title":{"rendered":"How to upload or download the documents in bulk?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-83\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/01_Settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" \/> &gt; School Setup &gt; Bulk Documents Upload<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Documents including certificate, photo, report of the students can be downloaded and uploaded in bulk.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Upload<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1328\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50\" height=\"48\" \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to upload the document of the student.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Document or file should be in pdf, doc, jpg, jpeg, png or bmp format only.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Size of each document should not exceed 1 MB.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Documents should be named as per the below information<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admission no &amp; File type &amp; File_name (ex: 123456&amp;Proof&amp;Income.pdf). File Type should be Documents, Proof, Certificate, Report, Contract, Photo, Others.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compress the documents of common type in a &#8220;Zip&#8221; file and upload.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Size of each zip file should not exceed 50 MB.\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Select <\/span><b>Files<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab on the top of the page.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Select <\/span><b>Class<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Section<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu. The list of the students list appears with the number of documents uploaded including Documents, Proof, Certificate, Report, Contract, Photo, Others.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.
