Optional Fee Allocation Report provides details on the allocation of optional fees to the students along with the details of all the instalments in which the fee type will be collected and the total fee amount. The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click <\/span>Filters<\/b> on the left side of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Academic Session<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Optional Fee Name<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select <\/span>Student Status<\/b> (Active, Inactive or Both) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select <\/span>Allocate By<\/b> (School can get the details of the person who did the allocation of the optional fees based on the Logged in user data) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click Submit. <\/b>The list of the students will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
