Reminders can be sent to the parents of the kids whose fee is pending to pay. You can view the list of fee defaulters for a particular class-section and instalment for the current (active) academic session. Total fee due amount for each fee defaulter is displayed against their names, as per the selection of class-section and instalments. Number of pending instalments are displayed under the number of instalments column and can be clicked on in order to view the details of all the instalments which are due. Reminders can be sent individually as well as in bulk.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>FEE DUES<\/b> or <\/span>FEE DEFAULTERS<\/b> tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Instalments<\/b> from the drop-down menu. The list of the students will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>Send Reminder<\/b> to send the reminder individually. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select <\/span>Mode of Reminder<\/b> (SMS, EMAIL or NOTIFICATION) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select <\/span>Recipient <\/b>from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click <\/span>Edit Message <\/b>to edit the message. The message can be edited.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Click <\/span>Send<\/b>. The message will be sent.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Click BULK REMINDER<\/b> to send reminders in bulk for selected class and section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
