Various fields in the student\u2019s admission form can be shown or hidden according to requirement. Custom fields can be added in the form. There are four types of form including Add Student Form, Admission Student 360, Online Admission Form, Online Admission Portal, Online Enquiry Form.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Add Student Form<\/b> tab on the top of the page. The list of the fields will appear including field name, type and entity.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\"<\/span> on the right side of the page. The pop-up window will appear to add custom field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select checkcircle against the desired field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>Add<\/b>. The custom field will be added to the list.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Turn on the toggle down to <\/span>Mandatory<\/b> and <\/span>Show in Form <\/b>against the desired field<\/span> to make the fields enable or disable in the form.
    \n<\/span>If the toggle is turned on against the mandatory then the field will be mandatory to be filled in the form.<\/p>\n

  6. Select <\/span>Admission Student 360<\/b> tab on the top of the page to add, enable or disable fields in full admission form.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Select <\/span>Sections<\/b> from the drop-down menu. The list of the fields will appear including field name, type and entity.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Click \"\"<\/span> on the right side of the page. The pop-up window will appear to add custom field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Select checkcircle against the desired field.<\/span><\/li>\n

  19. Click \"\"<\/span> on the right side of the page. The pop-up window will appear to add custom field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  20. Select checkcircle against the desired field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  21. Turn on the toggle down to <\/span>Show in Form <\/b>against the desired field<\/span> to make the fields enable or disable in the portal.<\/span><\/li>\n
  22. Click <\/span>CUSTOMISE ADMISSION TRACKER <\/b>to customise the admission tracker (the status and stage of the online admission form). The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  23. By default, some titles and their subtitles will be configured. Click \"\"<\/span> to edit the subtitles.<\/span><\/li>\n
  24. Click SAVE CHANGES<\/b>. The changes will be done in the subtitle.\n<\/li>\n
