For example, RA1S02.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>VIEW DETAILS <\/b>next to the route number and service number. By default, you will land on the Pickup Service Creation page. You need to first set the timings for Pick up and drop off service so that the availability of vehicle, driver and attendant can be checked.<\/li>\n<li>Set the Pickup Time for all the stops.<br \/>\n<b style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration-line: underline;\">ATTENTION<\/b><br \/>\nThe time entered should be in chronological order.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>SAVE<\/b>.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b>NOTE:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/span>The pickup can be rescheduled by clicking <b>RESCHEDULE<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>ASSIGN <\/b>against \u2018No vehicle assigned\u2019. The list of vehicles along with their status as <b>Available<\/b> or <b>Busy<\/b> for the configured timing of Service is displayed. The <b>Available <\/b>status indicates that the vehicle is available to be assigned to any service (Pickup\/drop-off). The <b>Busy <\/b>status of the vehicle indicates that the vehicle is already assigned to a service (Pickup\/drop-off).<\/li>\n<li>Select the vehicle to be assigned to the chosen service.<br \/>\n<b style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration-line: underline;\">REMEMBER<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You can remove the assigned vehicle from service, till the trip starts for the day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>All the changes and updates will<\/strong> be applicable to the next day\u2019s transport service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Click <b>ASSIGN <\/b>against \u2018No Driver Assigned\u2019. The <b>Available <\/b>status indicates that the driver is available to be assigned any service (Pickup\/drop-off). The <b>Busy <\/b>Status of the vehicle indicates that the driver is already assigned a service (Pickup\/drop off).<\/li>\n<li>Select the name of the driver from the list. The driver will be assigned the service.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>ASSIGN <\/b>against \u2018No Attendant Assigned\u2019. The <b>Available <\/b>status indicates that the attendant is available to be assigned any service (Pickup\/drop-off). The <b>Busy <\/b>Status of the vehicle indicates that the attendant is already assigned a service (Pickup \/ drop off).<\/li>\n<li>Select the name of the attendant. The attendant will be assigned the service.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b>ATTENTION<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driver, attendant and vehicle can be changed before the trip starts.<br \/>\nIf you wish to make changes to any trip on the same day, you may do it from the Trip Management page for each trip.<\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click the <b>DROP <\/b>tab next to the PICKUP tab.<\/li>\n<li>Set the drop for all the stops.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The time entered should be in chronological order.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Drop can be rescheduled by clicking <b>RESCHEDULE<\/b>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Click <b>SAVE<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Click <b>ASSIGN <\/b>against \u2018No vehicle assigned\u2019.
