Routes that are already created will be displayed on the screen.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0<\/strong>Click MANAGE SERVICES \u00a0<\/b>against the name of the created route.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click ADD <\/b>to add services to the route.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    NOTE:
    \n<\/span><\/span>A service comprises a pickup and drop-off of students at the school.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Enter Service No. A particular service to a route can be identified by the route number and the service number. For example, RA1S02.<\/li>\n
  4. Click VIEW DETAILS <\/b>next to the route number and service number. By default, you will land on the Pickup Service Creation page. You need to first set the timings for Pick up and drop off service so that the availability of vehicle, driver and attendant can be checked.<\/li>\n
  5. Set the Pickup Time for all the stops.
    \nATTENTION<\/b>
    \nThe time entered should be in chronological order.<\/li>\n
  6. Click <\/span>SAVE<\/b>.
    \nNOTE:
    \n<\/b><\/span><\/span>The pickup can be rescheduled by clicking RESCHEDULE<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  7. Click ASSIGN <\/b>against \u2018No vehicle assigned\u2019. The list of vehicles along with their status as Available<\/b> or Busy<\/b> for the configured timing of Service is displayed. The Available <\/b>status indicates that the vehicle is available to be assigned to any service (Pickup\/drop-off). The Busy <\/b>status of the vehicle indicates that the vehicle is already assigned to a service (Pickup\/drop-off).<\/li>\n
  8. Select the vehicle to be assigned to the chosen service.
