Assessment-wise eligibility can be defined here. There are certain criteria based on them the student will be eligible for supplementary exams.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overall % is the minimum percentage of marks (from all terms) a student must secure to be eligible for the supplementary exam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subject-wise % is the minimum percentage of marks a student must secure in a subject for that assessment to be eligible for the supplementary exam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The supplementary subjects would append to the end of supplementary remarks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, the term will be created in the exam hierarchy, the toggle needs to be turned on against <\/span><b>Session Level.<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>REFER: <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-group-the-academic-terms-already-created-under-a-new-name-in-the-exam-hierarchy-page\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to group the academic terms (already created) under a new name in the Exam Hierarchy page?<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To configure examination supplementary goto <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-83\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/01_Settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &gt; Examination &gt; Supplementary<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Class<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> given on the left side of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Maximum Number of Subjects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter <\/span><b>Overall cut off percentage (Cumulative of terms).<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select checkbox against <\/span><b>Define eligibility for individual terms \/ Assessments.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1182\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"26\" height=\"25\" \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to create criteria. The pop-up window will appear to configure criteria.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter <\/span><b>Subject-wise cut off percentage for above selected terms \/ Assessments.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter <\/span><b>Remarks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select checkbox against <\/span><b>Include Supplementary Subjects in remark <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to include the subject name with the remark.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <b>Save<\/b><span>.
