Irregular attendance report provides a report of the students and staff members who are irregular in school. The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Student<\/b> or <\/span>Staff<\/b> tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click <\/span>FILTERS<\/b> on the left side of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> for the student and <\/span>Department<\/b> for the staff from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select checkcircle against <\/span>Date<\/b> or <\/span>Month<\/b>.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>If date is selected then select <\/span>From<\/b> and <\/span>To<\/b> dates.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>If month is selected then select <\/span>Month <\/b>from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Include Inactive Student<\/b> or <\/span>Include Inactive Staff <\/b>in their respective tabs if you want to download a report with inactive students and staff<\/span>.<\/b><\/li>\n
  6. Click Submit<\/b>. The list of the staff and student will be displayed with attendance status.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
