This report is downloadable in Excel format from the page.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Student<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Staff<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab on the top of the page. The page will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select<\/span><b> Class-Section<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Department<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu for student and staff respectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Month<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn on the toggle against <\/span><b>Include Inactive Student<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Include Inactive Staff <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in their respective tabs if you want to download a report with inactive students and staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Submit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
