The report will be displayed with contact type, event name, subject, message, sent date &amp; time, sent by and status. The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>From<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>To <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Message Type<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Email, SMS or Notification) from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Contact Type<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Status<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Submit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
