Users who are selected as approvers will not require approval themselves. Admin can also select the exceptions (users who don&#8217;t need any approval) for the selected message modes. Message modes which are selected on the left side.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select checkbox against the communication mode against each recipient type for which approval is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>ADD APPROVERS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The pop-up window will appear to add approver.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Department<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu. The list of the employees will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select checkcircle against the desired staff member.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>ADD<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
