Email ID needs to be validated for the student, parent and staff for communication. By default, the page will be shown with student, parent and staff section with the count of valid, invalid and pending email ID.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Student<\/b>, <\/span>Parent <\/b>or <\/span>Staff<\/b> to validate the email ID for the desired person. The new window will appear with the valid, invalid and pending email ID.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>If Student is selected then select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu.
    \n<\/span>If Staff is selected then select <\/span>Department<\/b> from the drop-down menu.
    \n<\/span>If Parent is selected then select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Valid<\/b> tab to view the valid email ID.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Invalid<\/b> tab to view the invalid email ID. Click <\/span>Update<\/b> to validate the email ID.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Pending<\/b> tab to view the email ID needs to be validated. Click <\/span>Validate<\/b> to validate the email ID.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
