Go back to user account management page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>User Account Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The next window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn on the toggle against <\/span><b>Give NLP access to Support Team, Next Education <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to give access to the support team. Select <\/span><b>From<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>To<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dates to configure the access for a certain period.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn on the toggle against <\/span><b>Ask for date of birth validation during parent account activation <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to avoid the wrong child mapping.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn on the toggle against <\/span><b>Allow Student account creation during the parent account activation.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn on the toggle against <\/span><b>Block user account after 5 incorrect password attempts <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to block the user if anyone is misusing the account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn on the toggle against <\/span><b>Enable 2-step Authentication. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By enabling this, the users will go through an additional step of verification. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID, which is required to be entered while logging into NLP.<br \/>\n<b>Note: <\/b>Standard SMS charges will be applicable for every SMS sent. OTP verification is not applicable to users without any role.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <b>Save<\/b><span>.
