TC will be generated for the students when they will leave the school. In the student exit process, the TC will be generated to the students. There are three possibilities after the student has been applied for the TC are <\/span>Initiated<\/b>, <\/span>Exited<\/b>, <\/span>Aborted<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Initiated<\/b> Tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\" <\/span> to add the student to initiate the exit process. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu. The list of the students will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click checkcircle against desired student\u2019s name.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select <\/span>Exit Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select <\/span>Effective Date<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Enter <\/span>Exit Reason.<\/b><\/li>\n
  8. Click <\/span>INITIATE<\/b>. The initiated exit process will be shown on the page including Student name, Primary contact, Primary contact no., Class-Section, Initiation Date, Exit Type and Due Clearance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Select checkcircle against the student\u2019s name and click <\/span>Approve Exit. <\/b>The student\u2019s name will be moved to the exited process. The new window will be displayed with the template.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Click <\/span>Generate<\/b> and <\/span>Download <\/b>to download the TC for the student. The TC is generated for the student. The page will be redirected to the <\/span>EXITED<\/b> page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Click \"\"<\/span> to download the generated TC for the student.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Click \"\" to regenerate the TC for the student.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n

    • Click <\/span>Abort <\/b>to stop the initiation for the student exit process. The pop-up window will appear. Click <\/span>Yes<\/b> and the student will be removed from the student exit process.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\"<\/span> to download the list of the students who have initiated the exit process. The excel will be downloaded.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\" to view the exit promoted\/detained students. The pop-up window will appear. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu. The list of the students will appear. Select checkcircle against the desired student and click <\/span>Confirm Exit<\/b>. The page will be redirected to the TC generation page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
