TC for the students can be generated in bulk for the students.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Select <\/span>EXITED <\/b>tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu. The list will appear on the students who will leave the school.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click <\/span>BULK TC DOWNLOAD <\/b>to download the TC\u2019s in bulk. The new window will appear to generate the certificate, there are four steps to generate and download the certificate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Select Class\/Section<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> or click \"\"<\/span>to select <\/span>Section <\/b>to generate the certificate.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click <\/span>Next. <\/b>The next window will appear to select the students.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Select Students<\/b><\/p>\n

      1. Students list will appear for the selected class and section. Select checkcircle against the name of the students to select the students.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Click <\/span>NEXT<\/b>. The next window will appear to fill the further information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Fill Information<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Click <\/span>Download <\/b>to download the template (excel) to fill the required information of the students.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Click \"\"<\/span>to upload the excel (with data).<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Same label values for all students, <\/b>if required. The new window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Fill in the <\/span>Failed Same Class<\/b>, <\/span>Qualified Promotion to Class<\/b>, <\/span>NCC Cadet Boy Scout<\/b>, <\/span>Extra Curricular Activities<\/b>, <\/span>General Conduct<\/b>, <\/span>Reason for Leaving School <\/b>and <\/span>Any Other Remarks <\/b>fields.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Click <\/span>NEXT<\/b>. The next window will appear to Preview & Confirm.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Preview & Confirm<\/b><\/p>\n

          1. Click <\/span>Generate. <\/b>The new popup window will appear to fill in the deactivation reason field.<\/span>
            \n<\/span>NOTE<\/b>:<\/span>
            \n<\/span>Students will be deactivated after confirmation.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Click <\/span>Confirm<\/b>. The TC will be generated for the students.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Click \"\"<\/span> to view the <\/span>History of Bulk TC Generation<\/b>. Click \"\"<\/span> to download the generated TC for the students.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
