In this, the condition and the status of the holdings can be updated and verified. The page will be shown with the start date, end date, number of verified holdings and status of the holding.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\"<\/span> on the right side of the page to manually verify the holding. The next window will appear with the total number of verified holdings, number of good, damaged and discarded holdings.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select the <\/span>Holding Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu or holding can be searched with its name.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Condition<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click \"\"<\/span> to verify the holding.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>NOTE<\/b>:
    \n<\/span>By default, the condition will be shown as Good.<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. Click<\/span> Submit, <\/b>if you are done with the holding verification or click <\/span>Save and Exit<\/b>, if you want to resume it later. The pop-up window will appear if you click submit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select <\/span>Start<\/b> and <\/span>End Date<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click <\/span>Complete Verification<\/b>. The holding verification will be completed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Click <\/span>Report<\/b> to download the report of the holdings. The pop-up window will appear. Click <\/span>DOWNLOAD EXCEL<\/b> and the excel will be downloaded.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Click \"\"<\/span> to upload the status of the holding in excel in bulk.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Click <\/span>Download Template<\/b> to download the template to update the status of the holdings.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Click \"\"<\/span>to upload the excel with the desired data.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
