In support, the user can raise their problems via text message or voice message if they are facing any problem while using NLP modules. If they find any difficulty they can raise their concern via text message or voice message.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click <\/span>on the top of the page. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Enter <\/span>Subject <\/b>(not more than 300 words), an issue for which the problem has been raised.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enter <\/span>Brief Description of Message <\/b>(not more than 1000 words).<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select checkbox against <\/span>Attach a screenshot of the current NLP screen <\/b>to attach a screenshot.

  5. Select checkbox against <\/span>Record your message <\/b>to send a voice message. <\/span>NOTE<\/b><\/span>:
    \n<\/span>Briefly explain the issue, preferably in English within a maximum of 1 minute and 30 seconds<\/li>\n
  6. Click Send<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
