In the create new screen, follow the following steps to create a slip.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Manage Recipients<\/strong> to select the recipients.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>In the recipient selection modal box, select the required classes. The permission slips will be sent to the parents of the students studying the selected classes.<\/li>\n<li>Click Done.<\/li>\n<li>Click the type of permission slip from the <strong>Type<\/strong> drop-down menu. The types of permission slips available are Announcement and Request.<\/li>\n<li>Type the subject line in the Subject field.<\/li>\n<li>Select the required Approval due date. The parents can respond to to the permission slips only till the selected due date.<\/li>\n<li>In the content box, type your request or announcement.<\/li>\n<li>From beside the <strong>Manage Recipients<\/strong> button, select the modes of communication to send alerts about the permission slips. This alert will redirect the parents to the Permission Slip page.<\/li>\n<li>Click SEND on the bottom right corner of the page. The slip will be created and will be available on the NLP Android app.<\/li>\n<li>Click CANCEL or go back to discard the slip creation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe requests and announcements will be received only on the NLP Android app for the parents.
