\"\" > Attendance > Periodwise Attendance<\/span><\/p>\n

The active period structure of each class that are added from School Setup > Period Structure will be displayed on the Periodwise Attendance page. C<\/span>lasses for which automatic attendance mode is selected will not be displayed on this page. <\/span>If the period structure of that class is changed, new settings should be defined which will be applied from the next day.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select the periods (for each class) when the attendance needs to be taken.
    \nYou can copy the settings made for one class to another class by clicking\u00a0 \"\". against the class. Depending upon the number of periods selected for a class, the total weightage of 100 will be split among the periods.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/li>\n

    Click SAVE.
    \nTo modify the weightages,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Click the WEIGHTAGE <\/b>tab near the PERIOD <\/b>tab on the yellow bar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \u00a0Enter the weightage that you wish to insert for each period.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Click <\/span>SAVE<\/b>. The weightage for the selected period(s) will be updated automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n
