Weightage for the attendances are also set for those periods.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Class teacher and administrator of the school can take attendance for all the periods and for all the working days of any particular class.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Period teachers (as opposed to class teachers) can take attendance for their period only at any time within the current day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only present and absent can be marked if period-wise attendance is selected for a class. Other attendance statuses cannot be marked for those classes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If multiple teachers are assigned for a particular period of a class, then all of them will get access to mark the attendance.<\/span><\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">date for which attendance needs to be marked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the period for which the attendance needs to be marked from the left panel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the student to mark their attendance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the attendance status to assign. You can only mark <b>Present <\/b>or<b> Absent<\/b> for the students. <\/span><\/span>The % displayed to the right of the period name is the percentage of students for whom the attendance is marked (No. of student \/ total no. of students *100).
