The subject, recipient type, sender role and status of the message will be displayed for SMS, Emails and notification.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If the scheduled message needs to be edited, click on <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1253\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Screen-Shot-2019-08-28-at-11.23.05-AM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"27\" height=\"28\" \/> located at the top right of the screen below the yellow bar.<br \/>\nThe contents of the message that can be edited are <em>message body, subject, message tags, priority, scheduled date and time<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>If the scheduled message needs to be removed, click on <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1254\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Screen-Shot-2019-08-28-at-11.23.17-AM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"25\" height=\"29\" \/>located at the top right of the screen below the yellow bar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NOTE:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nEditing scheduled message doesn&#8217;t involve reselection of recipients and mode of communication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&gt; Communication &gt; Mailbox Click the SCHEDULED tab on the left side of the page.
