The Student Fee Categories that are mapped to the selected class are displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the Student Fee Category for which the fee structure is to be created. Fee types (mandatory, optional and admission fee) that are mapped to the selected class are displayed.<br \/>\n<strong>INFO DISPLAYED<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Fee Type<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Lists the Fee Types mapped to the selected class<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Status<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The on\/off button against each Fee Type can be used to enable\/disable the collection of fee types for the Student Fee Category selected. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note that modifications are possible only if no instalment is added to the fee type.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Instalments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Displays the total number of instalments added for each Fee Type<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Amount<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Shows the total amount of the instalments added for each Fee Type<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the Fee Type that you wish to collect in various instalments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>ADD INSTALMENTS<\/b>. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pop-up window with the instalments to be selected will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Fee Schedule <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">drop down to enlist the fee schedules that are mapped to the selected class.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click a fee schedule that you wish to choose. The instalments that are added for the chosen fee schedule will be displayed on the window.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the desired instalment\/instalments through which you wish to collect the fee type.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click<\/span><b> ADD<\/b>. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selected instalments appear on the expanded fee type panel.<br \/>\n<\/span><strong>TIP<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More instalments can be added to the selected fee type, by clicking <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-84\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Add.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> at the top right corner of the expanded fee type panel.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the amount for each instalment selected.<br \/>\n<\/span><strong>TIP<br \/>\n<\/strong>Use <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-394\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/image6-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"13\" height=\"17\" \/> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">next to the instalment amount entered to copy the amounts to other instalments of the fee type.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span>SAVE.<br \/>\n<strong>REMEMBER<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have deleted a Student Fee Category \/ Fee Type \/ Fee Schedule, the same is reflected on the fee structure screen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If no instalment is collected for a fee type, you can <\/span><b>Edit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/<\/span><b>Delete<\/b>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the individual instalments added to the fee type.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">change the fee schedule mapped to the fee type.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The instalment\/instalments that are already collected cannot be deleted\/modified.
