{"id":399,"date":"2019-06-18T14:14:28","date_gmt":"2019-06-18T08:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.akk.yxc.mybluehost.me\/?p=399"},"modified":"2019-07-09T11:14:30","modified_gmt":"2019-07-09T05:44:30","slug":"how-to-copy-fee-structure-from-one-class-to-another-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-copy-fee-structure-from-one-class-to-another-2\/","title":{"rendered":"How to copy Fee Structure from one class to another?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-83\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/01_Settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" \/> &gt; Fee &gt; Fee Structure<br \/>\nFee Structure can be copied from one class (source class) to another (destination class) with similar Student Fee category and Fee Type mapping if,<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the fee structure is not yet created for the destination class.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the fee structure is created, but fee collection has not started for the destination class.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note that the fee schedules of the source and destination classes need to be the same for copying the fee structure. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If fee collection has already started for the destination class, fee structure cannot be copied unless the fee receipts for the payments are cancelled for the destination class.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the class (card) from which the fee structure is to be copied.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Copy Fee Structure<\/b>. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pop-up window will appear with the list of classes with the Student Fee Category.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the class\/classes to which the fee structure of the source class is to be copied.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>PROCEED<\/b>.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Fee structure will be copied if the destination class has no fee structure created.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ATTENTION<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the destination classes already have fee structures created, you can override that fee structures with that of the source class. Click <b>OVERRIDE, <\/b>to override those fee structures with that of the source class.
