  1. Click\u00a0 \"\" at the top right corner. The templates page will appear.<\/li>\n
  2. Steps involved are,\n
      \n
    1. Create Template content in NLP,<\/li>\n
    2. Upload the Template to DLT portal,<\/li>\n
    3. Template gets approved and Template ID is generated in DLT portal,<\/li>\n
    4. Upload the Template back with DLT Template ID in NLP.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. To update DLT generated Template ID,\n
        \n
      1. \u00a0Click on Add Template ID\u00a0<\/strong>against each template and update the template ID generated from DLT.<\/li>\n
      2. \u00a0Click on \"\" at the top right corner. Template upload page will appear.<\/li>\n
      3. Download the format, Template Name, DLT Template ID, Subject, Content, Recipient type needs to be updated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. To know, how many Templates are pending to be updated with DLT Template ID,\n
          \n
        1. Click on \"\" at the top right corner.<\/li>\n
        2. Excel will be downloaded with list of Templates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          After uploading the Templates with DLT Template ID in NLP, same has to be approved by SMS vendor.<\/p>\n

          Next Education support team will take care of uploading it to SMS vendor portal and getting it approved.<\/p>\n

          Once its done, Template status will be updated as Approved in NLP, till then it will be in Pending status.<\/p>\n

          Note : <\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. While uploading the template to DLT portal, please make sure dynamic variables are properly updated, Ex. in NLP ${contactName} is for Addressing recipient, ${studentName} is for printing Student Name, But in case of DLT, all variables are to be placed with {#var#}.<\/li>\n
          2. Only NLP Approved Templates will be available for sending SMS. If any template approved in DLT portal, but still in Pending status in NLP, Message\/Alerts sent using those Templates will not be Delivered, but would be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
