{"id":4305,"date":"2021-06-11T15:40:41","date_gmt":"2021-06-11T10:10:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=4305"},"modified":"2025-01-03T05:24:39","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T23:54:39","slug":"how-to-login","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-login\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Login?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NLP system supports different roles, with every role having a unique set of features.<br \/>\nStudents can attend online classes, view their course resources (Videos\/PPT\/PDF), submit homework, attend exams, play quizzer and do many more&#8230;<br \/>\nParents can login to Apply Leave, view fee schedule, do fee payment, know progress of your kid, receive messages\/circulars from the school, live track of transport vehicle and do many more..<br \/>\nStaff can login to take setup course plans, upload resources, conduct online classes, take class attendance, upload marks, manage their own leaves, send messages to parents and so on..<\/p>\n<p>To start using NLP, please note that your school needs to have signed up with NLP first. If you are not sure, please confirm with your school<\/p>\n<h3>How to login as Student<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Activation (First Login) on NLP mobile app<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your first login is considered as activation where you get to set your password for future use.<br \/>\nGet your school code from the school admin.<br \/>\nNow, enter the school code and your admission number in the respective fields and click on the button \u201cNo Password? Try OTP\u201d.<br \/>\nIn the next screen, enter your registered mobile number and generate an OTP.<br \/>\nEnter the OTP sent to this mobile number.<br \/>\nYou will then be asked to set your password. Please make sure you set a strong password. Once this step is completed, you will be able to login.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subsequent Login on NLP mobile app<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>App will remember your account and need not enter the login details everytime.<br \/>\nApp also has the ability to remember multiple logged in users (your parent account, siblings..etc). You need not logout everytime. You can simply use Add account &amp; Switch account &#8211; To use this click on the profile picture on the top right icon on your homescreen<\/p>\n<p>In case, you got logged out or need to login to a new device, use these steps<br \/>\nEnter your school code, admission number and password.<br \/>\nIf you don\u2019t remember your password, Enter your school code and admission number &amp; click on \u201cNo Password? Try OTP\u201d<br \/>\nYou can enter your registered mobile number, and login with the OTP sent to that number.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use NLP on PC\/Laptop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can access NLP through a web browser. Go to your school NLP link: https:\/\/<span id=\":awi.co\" class=\"tL8wMe EMoHub\" dir=\"ltr\">[SCHOOLCODE]<\/span>.nexterp.in and use the same credentials that you use on the NLP mobile app to login. You can do the entire activation procedure from web as well. NLP web works best on latest version of Chrome browser<\/p>\n<h3>How to login as Parent<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Activation (First Login) on NLP mobile app<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When your school creates your account, you will get an activation message on your registered mobile number that looks like the template below:<\/p>\n<p>Your school\u2019s account is created successfully. To activate, install the app https:\/\/nlp.nexterp.in\/nlpapp or visit https:\/\/nlp.nexterp.in<br \/>\nUsername: &lt;99863*****&gt;<br \/>\nOTP: &lt;123***&gt;<br \/>\nSchool Code: &lt;ab**&gt;<br \/>\nOTP is valid for 90 days.<\/p>\n<p>To activate your account, enter the school code, username (phone number or email ID) and OTP as received in the SMS sent by the school.<br \/>\nIn case you did not receive the SMS or missed it, enter the school code, mobile number and click on \u201cNo Password? Try OTP\u201d to trigger the OTP SMS<br \/>\nNow enter the OTP sent to that number. Once this step is completed, you\u2019d be prompted to set your password. You will be sent an OTP which you can use to login. After this, you would be asked to set a new password.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use NLP on desktop \/ web<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can also access NLP through a web browser. Go to your school NLP link: https:\/\/<span id=\":awi.co\" class=\"tL8wMe EMoHub\" dir=\"ltr\">[SCHOOLCODE]<\/span>.nexterp.in and use the same credentials that you use on the NLP mobile app to login.
