These documents can be linked to Application, Registration or Confirmation steps of the process as required.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-84\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Add.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> at<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the top right corner of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select whether you wish to collect the documents for each class or category.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is also possible to map documents to a particular category of students within the class. For example, income certificate is required only for those students who belong to the RTE category.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While doing this, make sure that the required admission categories are created in <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-83\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/01_Settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" \/> &gt;<\/span> Admission<b> &gt;<\/b> Admission Category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the name of the document.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter for which admission step you wish to collect the document.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Turn on the toggle for <strong>Mandatory<\/strong> to make the collection of documents mandatory for the selected admission step.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the classes from which you wish to collect the admission document.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scroll down and click <\/span><b>SAVE<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>NOTE:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once a document is configured, it can be modified as long as it is not collected from any student.,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A document cannot be deleted (from this page) once it is collected from at least a student.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to prevent the users from moving a student from one step to another without collecting the required documents, go to <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-83\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/01_Settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" \/> &gt; <\/span>Admission &gt; Admission Process &gt; Smart Validations<b>, \u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and tick &#8216;<\/span><strong>Move student to subsequent steps only if application\/registration documents is submitted&#8217;<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">checkbox.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&gt; Admission &gt; Admission Documents NLP allows you to define the documents that are to be collected as part of the admission process (Birth certificate, Community certificate etc).
