PAID FEE CERTIFICATE<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\nCreate and Download:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\nYou can create and download the certificates for fees that have been collected<\/li>\nClick on Certificate Builder option and select the desired options\n\nAcademic Session:<\/strong>\u00a0Select the appropriate session for which the paid fee certificates need to be displayed.<\/li>\nClass, Section & Student Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Select the appropriate class & section for which the paid fee certificates need to be displayed. You can also display certificated for a particular student by typing his\/her name and selecting from the dropdown menu<\/li>\nInclude Payments Based On:<\/strong>\n\nAll Payments – Results include certificates corresponding to all the payments made in the selected academic session for a student or class-section.<\/li>\nDate Range – Results include certificates corresponding to the payments made in the below-selected date range for the selected academic session.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\nSelect Fee Types:<\/strong>\u00a0For which the fee certificates are to be generated.<\/li>\nGenerated for:<\/strong>\u00a0Father, Mother or Both. Their respective names are included in the fee certificate based on this selection.<\/li>\nDisplay in Certificates:<\/strong>\n\nAcademic Session – Irrespective of the selection made in ‘Include Payments based on’ all the certificates will show the academic session selected.<\/li>\nDate Range – Irrespective of the selection made in ‘Include Payments based on’ all the certificates will show the date range for which the certificate is generated. In the case of ‘All Payments,’ it will display the date range of the entire academic session until the current date<\/li>\nBoth – Academic Session & Date Range both are displayed in the information included in the fee certificates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\nPurpose:<\/strong>\n\nThe purpose added by you will appear in the bottom line of the certificate as part of the sentence, ‘This certificate is being issued on the request of the parent for the purpose of ____ u\/s 80C of the income tax Act’.<\/li>\nThis is not a mandatory field and if left vacant, the above line will be auto-filled as: ‘This certificate is being issued on the request of the parent for the purpose of claiming exemption u\/s 80C of the income tax Act’.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\nFee certificates will be generated for the total amount of selected fee type that is paid between the specified start and end dates along with break-up for individual fee types.<\/li>\nClick on generate option against the name of any student to generate the paid fee certificate.<\/li>\nPaid fee certificates can also be generated in bulk by selecting the desired students and clicking on ‘Generate All’ at the bottom of the screen. All the certificates generated together will together form a batch in which they were generated.<\/li>\nThe user will be notified in the notifications once the generation process is completed.<\/li>\nAll the paid fee certificates which are generated till date can be downloaded by clicking the Fee Certificate History button located at the top right corner of the page.<\/li>\nThe template and auto-numbering sequence of the certificate for each class will be as per the settings selected from the Fee Certificate Settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDependency on other screens:<\/h3>\n\nStudent Fee Category:<\/strong> Paid fee certificate generated after the student fee category change using reallocation of the paid fee would be according to the new fee structure.<\/li>\nCancel Fee:<\/strong> If a fee is cancelled, the paid fee certificate for that payment cannot be generated. However, if the certificate is generated before the fee cancellation, it can be downloaded from the Fee Certificate History screen.<\/li>\nRefund Fee:<\/strong>\u00a0If a paid fee is refunded from Refund Fee screen, re-generating the same certificate will not include the refunded fee<\/li>\nCollect Fee:<\/strong>\n\nTotal fee paid against each fee type instalment is always the actual fees paid by the Student (ie. total fee – any concession).<\/li>\nThe fine amount that is collected will not be displayed in the paid fee certificate.<\/li>\nAll the fee types collected during fee collection, except the ad-hoc fee is displayed in the paid fee certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFEE DUE CERTIFICATE\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
