Mapping fee categories, concessions, and optional fee types during the promotion of a student, whether it’s a normal promotion or a provisional one, involves several steps within the Student Promotion Process.<\/p>\n

Here the steps of how you can go about it:<\/p>\n

Student >\u00a0 Student Provisional Promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Select the student(s) to be promoted or detained. You can use the class and section filters available.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click <\/span>PROMOTE<\/b> or <\/span>DETAIN.<\/b><\/li>\n
  3. A pop-up window will be opened selecting class and section<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select fee category, concession, and optional fee type if applicable<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click on OK<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. The student will be promoted\/detained with an assigned fee category, concession, and optional fee type successfully for the next academic year.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Student Promotion\/Detention Process\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

    • Select <\/span>Student-wise Provisional Promotion<\/b>\u00a0 then the individual student can be provisionally promoted to the next session.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu in current class and section.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section <\/b>from the drop-down menu in <\/span>Provisionally Promoting To <\/b>against the student\u2019s name<\/span>.<\/b><\/li>\n
    • A pop-up window will be opened select class and section<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select fee category, concession, and optional fee type if applicable<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click on Ok<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The student will be provisionally promoted with an assigned fee category, concession, and optional fee type successfully for the next academic year.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
