  1. Click \"\" at the right corner of the page. The Add Holding Type <\/b>pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select an icon to depict the holding type.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enter the name of the Holding Type.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Turn on the toggle for <\/span>Auto generate <\/b>if you wish to have the accession numbers generated automatically for all the holdings added to that holding type. <\/span>Remember that each holding is identified by the unique accession number.<\/li>\n
  5. Provide the details for the accession number.<\/span>\n

    1. Enter the Fixed Accession Number. (Optional)<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Enter the Variable Accession Number.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter the Padding for the accession number. Depending on the padding, zeros will be added in front of the number.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Click <\/span>SAVE<\/b>.
