{"id":6886,"date":"2025-05-31T19:51:36","date_gmt":"2025-05-31T14:21:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=6886"},"modified":"2025-06-04T11:02:21","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T05:32:21","slug":"how-to-add-sibling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-add-sibling\/","title":{"rendered":"How can I add sibling in the NextGurukul?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If siblings (brother or sister) are studying in the same or different school and wish to access their respective course content using the same mobile device (typically the parent&#8217;s phone), you can add both student profiles to the same app. This eliminates the need for a second device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are <strong>two methods<\/strong> to achieve this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method 1: Add Profile &amp; Activate Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the first student\u2019s account on the NextGurukul app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on your name (beside the Profile icon) and select &#8220;Add Profile.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the on-screen instructions and fill in the required details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the <strong>activation code<\/strong> to complete the course activation for the sibling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once activated, the sibling student can start using AI-powered learning tools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method 2: Enter activation code &amp; Add Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the first student\u2019s account on the NextGurukul app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the &#8220;Curriculum&#8221; tab and tap &#8220;Scan&#8221; or manually enter the activation code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system will display an on-screen prompt\u2014tap <strong>&#8220;Add Profile.&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the on-screen instructions and fill in the second student&#8217;s details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the second student belongs to a different school, search and select the correct school, then continue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This will <strong>automatically complete the course activation<\/strong>, and the sibling student can begin using AI-powered learning tools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note : <\/strong>To unlock full course access, the student account must be <strong>approved by your school<\/strong>.
