Replicate the exam hierarchy from the master branch.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to<\/b>: <\/span>Examination Transaction –> Examination Replicator<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Source<\/b>: Select <\/span>Master branch 1 –> Session 201-2020 –> Class 1 \u2013 CBSE<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Destination<\/b>: Choose the class and replicate the exam hierarchy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Use Replicator and avoid the next steps till “5. Exam Hierarchy”\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Academic Terms<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Create academic terms and map them to classes.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Steps:<\/b><\/h3>\n

    1. Navigate to<\/b>: <\/span>SETTINGS –> SCHOOL SETUP –> ACADEMIC TERM<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Create Terms<\/b>:<\/span>\n

      • Term I<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Term II<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Map Terms to Classes<\/b>: Assign the created terms to the relevant classes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3. Subject Creation and Mapping<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Create subjects for the class and classify them as scholastic or co-scholastic.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Navigate to<\/b>: <\/span>Examination –> Subject Setup<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Create Subjects<\/b>: Enter the following subject names:<\/span>\n

          • Physical Development<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Socio-Emotional & Ethical Development<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Cognitive Development<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Language and Literacy Development<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Aesthetic & Cultural Development<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Positive Learning Habits<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Peer Feedback From Classmates (display as emojis on report card, sequence No 16)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Map Subjects to Classes<\/b>: Assign the created subjects to the appropriate classes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            4. Subject Activities and Rubrics<\/b><\/h2>\n

            Configure subject activities and rubrics.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Navigate to<\/b>: <\/span>Subject Activity Configuration<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Create Activities and Rubrics<\/b>: Set up the necessary activities and rubrics for each subject.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              5. Exam Hierarchy<\/b><\/h2>\n

              Create assessments and import subjects.<\/span><\/p>\n

              2. Create Assessments<\/b>: Set up the required assessments.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Import Subjects<\/b>: Add the previously created subjects to the assessments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                6. Report Card Builder<\/b><\/h2>\n

                Design and save holistic report cards using the standard template.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Steps:<\/b><\/h3>\n

                1. Select Template<\/b>: Choose the holistic report card design template under class I to V group.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. Configure Template<\/b>:<\/span>\n
                    \n
                  • Choose Term I and Term II<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Select class and term<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Save the configuration<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Edit template details and select the checkbox “Holistic Report Card” for holistic UI changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    7. Image Uploads<\/b><\/h2>\n

                    Upload images for students and staff.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    1. Navigate to<\/b>: <\/span>School Setup –> Bulk Student and Staff Photo Upload<\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. Select Holistic Tab<\/b>:<\/span>\n
                        \n
                      • Upload images as per the given instructions.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Images include “Glimpse of Myself,” “Glimpse of My Family,” and “Learners Portfolio.”<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                      • Download Tab<\/b>:<\/span>\n
                          \n
                        • Enable holistic toggle button<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Choose class and download images accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
