“To get started, you must be logged in with the Admin or Principal credentials.” <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Click on Settings<\/strong> -> Administration<\/strong> -> School Setup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Locate User Account Management<\/strong> and click on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Click on the Student<\/strong> option to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Go to the Not Created<\/strong> tab and click on ‘Create All Accounts<\/strong>‘ located at the top-right corner.
Note: <\/strong>If ‘Create All Accounts’<\/strong> option is not visible, It should be requested from support@nexteducation.in<\/a> by providing school consent.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Select the required classes for which you want to create passwords in bulk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two methods<\/strong> available for secure password creation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Method 1: Enter Password<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Set a common password for all selected students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The password must:\n
      \n
    • Be 8 characters<\/strong> long.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Include one uppercase letter<\/strong> (A-Z), one lowercase letter<\/strong> (a-z), a number<\/strong> (0-9), and a special character<\/strong> (@, $, %, #, !).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Not be the same as the most recent password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Method 2: Date of Birth (DOB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The password for each student will be their Date of Birth<\/strong> in the format DD-MM-YYYY<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • For example: If a student\u2019s DOB is 19th February 1997<\/strong>, the password will be 19-02-1997<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Step 6:<\/strong> After selecting a method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Check the Disclaimer<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click on Create Now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          This action will create all student accounts with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Username<\/strong>: Admission Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Password<\/strong>: As per the method you selected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
