Note:<\/strong> To use the same mobile number for multiple students, They should be mapped as a sibling. You can follow the below steps to merge the student accounts under a single mobile number or email address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MAPPING SIBLING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to Student >> Student List & Report >><\/strong> Click on Student List<\/strong> (Transaction Menu)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong>Search and select the student for whom the common parent account needs to be created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> From the Student360 dashboard<\/strong>, go to the Sibling<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4- Click on ADD SIBLING<\/strong> and follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Choose the ‘Yes’<\/strong> radio button to add a new sibling studying in the same school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Search for the second sibling’s name in the search area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the correct student name to map as a sibling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the popdown screen, select Father<\/strong> or Mother details<\/strong> to merge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Use the checkbox for “Select all fields from this student”<\/strong> to merge all details from the sibling being mapped or uncheck to choose specific fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If unchecket then select the radio button one by one to map and merge the fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Similarly, check the Mother details<\/strong> if required.
    Note: You can skip merging Father or Mother details by turning off the Merge toggle<\/strong>, but merging a mobile number or email is mandatory for common account creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Finally click the Merge<\/strong> button at the bottom-right corner to complete the process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
