You can follow the steps below to merge Staff and Parent accounts. This process gets completed mainly in three parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Mapping Staff as a Parent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Creating Parent Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Staff Side Process<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    MAPPING STAFF AS A PARENT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1:<\/strong> Login to Admin account and Navigate to Student -> Student List & Reports -> Student List<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2:<\/strong> Search for the student<\/strong> for whom the merging needs to be done, and select the student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3:<\/strong> From the Student360 dashboard<\/strong>, go to the Parent<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4<\/strong>: Click on \"Alt+p\" icon to modify the Parent<\/strong> details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 6:<\/strong> Click & enable the toggle of ‘Employee of School’<\/strong> and Search for the staff member to be mapped as the parent. Select the appropriate staff member and click Continue<\/strong>.
    Note:<\/strong> This mapping is gender-specific, so ensure the correct parent type (father or mother)<\/strong> is selected before proceeding.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 7: Review the auto-filled details under the Parent section and and Click on \"\" (save icon) <\/em>to apply the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    CREATING PARENT ACCOUNT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1:<\/strong> Go to Settings<\/strong> > Administration<\/strong> > School Setup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2:<\/strong> Locate User Account Management<\/strong> and click on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3:<\/strong> Click on the Parent<\/strong> option to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4:<\/strong> On this screen, follow the steps in the order mentioned below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to the Not Created<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Search for the parent\/staff by their name, mobile number, or email address. Note:<\/strong> This should be the individual you recently mapped as an <\/em>“Employee of the School<\/strong>“ under the Parent section.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on Create Account<\/strong> next to the parent’s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Confirm the action by clicking YES<\/strong> in the dialogue box.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 5:<\/strong> Congratulations! The merged account for staff as a parent has been successfully created without requiring an OTP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Step 6:<\/strong> Verify the merged account under the Activated<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      STAFF SIDE PROCESS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Step 1:<\/strong> The staff must log in to their existing account and click on Switch Profile<\/strong> to validate the parent account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Step 2: <\/strong>Verify the parent account by entering the correct Date of Birth<\/strong> of the child studying in the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
